Interpreter Training Schedule for 2007

Bromberg & Associates offers the following interpreter training programs:

Legal Interpretation for Beginners	8 hours	Fundamentals of legal interpretation	March 20, May 1, July 17
Advanced Legal Interpretation	8 hours	Advanced concepts of legal interpretation	March 21, May 2, July 19
Interpretation in Health Care for Beginners	8 hours	Fundamentals of medical interpretation	June 12, June 13, October 23, October 24
Advanced Interpretation in Health Care	8 hours	Advanced concepts of medical interpretation	May 29, May 30
Consecutive Interpreting Training	4 hours	Exercises and drills in consecutive mode	February 7, August 22, October 30
Simultaneous Interpreting Training	4 hours	Exercises and drills in simultaneous mode	February 8, August 23, October 25
Sight Translation Training	4 hours	Exercises and drills in sight translation	January 25, April 26, August 24

The training programs are not language-specific and designed in such a way that a student can apply acquired knowledge and skills to his or her specific language combination. Training facilities are located in Troy, MI and Hamtramck, MI. Time and date of training sessions are scheduled upon enrollment of at least 6 participants.
